From the packaging: This light golden black tea from the foothills of the Himalayas has a delicate and unique character that is likened to the Muscatel grape.
*pause*
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaa!!!! The Muscatel grape? I hope to one day taste this tea-flavored grape. Since I live close to Napa Valley that may not be too difficult. I’ll report back to this blog when I do.
As for the actual tea, it does have the taste of the more expensive loose-leaf Himalayan teas. Unfortunately, the taste is rather weak. But that is easily cured by adding 2 tea bags (or more) instead of one. Otherwise, a nice tea.
